Across Asia, mental health continues to be a taboo topic. In such societies, I imagine caregivers face even greater stigma and hesitate to speak out or seek help. RE: How can I support my friend who is a caregiver?I think the greatest form of support is to show up. Show up and listen to them. Show up by learning more about mental illness so as to better understand the struggles your friend might be going through. Show up to remind them they're never alone in their journey- and that it's not selfish for them to seek self care!posted in Mental Health
